지난 2011년 12월 28일 EBS에서 방영된 EBS 다큐프라임 ‘한반도 최초의 인류, 전곡리 사람들’ (연출 : 추덕담, 촬영 : 강한숲, 스테레오스코퍼 : 소현수, 3D후반 : 김호식)은 구석기 시대 한반도에서 돌도끼 문명을 이루었던 호모 에렉투스의 생활상을 재연하여 고고학적인 의미를 재조명한 다큐멘터리로서 그 교육적 효과를 더욱 사실적으로 강조하기 위해 입체영상으로 제작되었다.
불을 이용할 줄 알았고, 돌도끼를 제작할 수 있는 능력을 가졌던 호모 에렉투스가 누렸던 전성기의 모습과, 강력한 경쟁자인 호모 사피엔스와의 생존경쟁에서 결국 사라지게 되기까지의 과정을 영상으로 재연하고 전문가들의 인터뷰를 통해 상세히 알아본다.

In a few weeks Phil became famous on the Web and in the author’s fan circles. It is presented in several conferences around the world. In late 2005, the head of the android disappeared during a flight America West Airlines between Dallas and Las Vegas. Through the memories of the android and those of the author, the film offers an interpretation of Phil’s life.

‘Irons In The Fire’ tells the stories of five young people who have discovered a passion that is transforming their lives. These include Ben, who as a teen was constantly in trouble through drug and robbery offences but thankfully whilst in prison, enrolled on a cooking apprenticeship that changed his world. And 17 year old Ashley: a unsettled teenager with a disability, who learned to play table tennis competitively and went on to win medals at major championships across Europe.

We get to step into the world’s of these young people, see the organizations that inspired them and experience their pain and joy as they follow their passion. We take a look at how opportunity has changed their lives, and increasingly, the world around them.

It combines intimate documentary observation with high-speed, art directed shoots and atmospheric city time-lapses. The film features rising star George The Poet, whose prose is interwoven through the film, introducing themes and posing moral questions. The soundtrack features the acclaimed post dubstep artist Stray and the dance act Chase and Status. the film is narrated by the Golden Globe winning actor, Idris Elba.

KUKU is a fantastic story about the things living their own lives, about our child and dream visions. It is a story searching for the secrets of unknown world nonexistent on the surface, but on the inside – inside of things, appliances, machinery, toys.
